Rita Anderson
Rita Anderson joined the Physic Ventures team in October 2008 as Executive Assistant/Project Manager. She has over 15 years of administrative experience, 12 of which were in the executive search industry.
Rita served as Office Manager for Diversified Search Ray & Berndtson in New York, where she was responsible for supporting the Managing Partner in placing C-suite executives in the media and entertainment industries. Additionally, she oversaw the office move, and contributed to workflow process design. Prior to that, Rita worked for Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. in both New York and Minnesota. Her various roles included Executive Assistant, IT Systems Trainer, and Application/Technical Support Specialist. Rita’s background in information technology and training has become an important part of her contributions at Physic Ventures.
A Minnesota native, Rita attended college at the University of Minnesota. She serves as a Board member for Sunrise Health Services, Inc., a Minnesota-based company. Rita enjoys photography, travel, and walking/hiking. Before moving to San Francisco, she completed a 4-month, solo backpacking adventure through Europe.
